What our customers are saying:
What's inside
Everything in the pack — and what each page does.
The Perfect Notebook
The heart of the pack. A B5 disc-bound notebook (6.9″ × 9.8″ — bigger than A5 for real planning, small enough for any bag), with thick cream 90gsm paper that's fountain-pen friendly and 11 aircraft-grade aluminium discs. It opens flat, folds back on itself and opens a full 360°. Comes with the method pages, a Ruled Notepad and two ruler bookmarks (cm/in).
Big Blocks Dashboards — three options
The page that runs your two-week cycle, in three layouts: the Combined dashboard (three professional goals plus your personal categories), or the full Professional and Personal dashboards — back to back, with the Reflection Page on the reverse. Professional holds up to four goals, each broken into milestone tasks with priority circles. Personal splits life into five areas — Fun & Recreation, Relationships, Body Time, Personal Growth and Skill Building.
Daily Task Manager
One page per day. Big Block steps at the top — always first — then Priority A and B, a People To Call list, a Parking Lot for tasks that land mid-day, a Notes box, and a water tracker and star rating at the foot of the page.
52-Week Calendar Refill
The week at a glance, undated. Monday to Sunday in half-hour rows with a Deadline Today box under each day — lay the whole week out before it starts. Because it's undated, you can begin any week of the year, and a skipped week costs you nothing.
24-Month Calendar Refill
The month at a glance, dated 2025 and 2026, with a Big Block goals column and a notes column. Deadlines, launches and travel live here — visible weeks before they reach your daily pages.
Who it's for
The Planner Pack is for anyone who wants one home for the whole horizon — the month, the week and the day — instead of a goal in one app, a deadline in another and a to-do list on a sticky note. If you set goals but lose them in the busyness of the week, this pack keeps the big picture and the daily list on the same set of pages, joined by one simple method. It separates what is urgent (the day) from what is important (the Big Blocks), so a full week never quietly swallows the goals that matter. And because the pages are undated, you can start any day of the year — a skipped week costs you nothing.
How to use it
The month, the week and the day — three horizons, one system.
The month
Everything with a date goes on the month spread the moment it's set — the deadline, the trip, the review. This is your radar.
The week
On Sunday or Monday morning, lay out the week — fixed commitments first, then blocks of protected time for Big Block tasks. A goal that never gets a time block is a wish.
The day
Each morning (or the evening before), pull small concrete steps from the dashboard into “To-Do Today / Big Blocks” — before Priority A and B. Interruptions land in the Parking Lot, not in your focus.
How to arrange your pack
Build it yourself when it arrives — front to back. Nothing is fixed; the discs let you reorder anytime.
1. Monthly Calendar
The current month — the first thing you see. Deadlines, launches and travel live here.
2. Big Blocks Dashboard
Your goals for the two-week cycle. The Reflection Page is printed on the back, waiting for the end of the cycle.
3. Weekly Calendar — Week 1
The week at a glance. Block time for your Big Block tasks before the week fills up.
4. Daily Task Manager — Week 1
All seven daily pages, one per day, behind the weekly calendar.
5. Weekly + Daily — Week 2
The same pattern for the second week of the cycle.
6. Ruled Notepad
A few pages at the back for notes, ideas and free writing.
The rhythm of a cycle
Closing the loop
When the cycle ends, flip your Big Blocks Dashboard over — the Reflection Page is on the other side. Fill it in while the cycle is fresh: what moved, what was neglected, and why. Then place a new dashboard on top and set your next goals with what you learned.
Carry only what you need
Keep the current month and cycle in the notebook and archive the rest. The notebook is modular, so nothing is wasted — if you don't plan a day or two, the unused pages simply wait. No guilt, no wasted paper.
The Icons Method — how progress tracking works
Every Big Block category has its own symbol — the sword for professional goals, the pinwheel for fun & recreation, the heart for relationships, the racket for body time, the sprout for personal growth, and the crossed tools for skill building. They appear in two places: at the top of every Daily Task Manager page, and in rows of ten under every goal on the Big Blocks Dashboard.
Step 1 — the daily page
In the morning, circle the icons of the one or two goals you really want to advance today — not all six. That circle is a commitment. Then, during the day, colour the icon the moment you finish a step toward that goal — the small, immediate reward for a step actually taken.
Step 2 — the dashboard
Colour one icon in the row under the matching goal for each real step you took — only on the day you did it, never from memory. The empty icons are the point: three empty icons mean three days you did nothing on that subject. That's information, not decoration.
Reading the rows
Rows that fill quickly show where your energy flows. Rows that stay empty are the method's most valuable output — a mid-cycle signal while there's still time to act. Ten is not the target; it's room to grow. See the full icon language →
Tips from experienced users
One home for dates
The moment a date is set, it goes on the month spread — not in your head, not only in a phone calendar.
Protect time first
Block Big Block time on the weekly before the week fills up. Everything else expands to fill whatever time you leave undefended.
Close the day
Write tomorrow's daily page before bed or before you leave your desk. You start the day executing instead of deciding.
Be honest with the icons
Colour only what you did, on the day you did it. Empty icons are information, not failure.
Start small
Your first cycle should be modest: two or three goals, not six. The Reflection Page will tell you if you can carry more.
A buy-once system, guaranteed
The Planner Pack is a buy-once system: when pages fill up, refills keep the same notebook going for years — daily pages, weekly and monthly calendars, ruled, dotted, squared and blank paper, and the full Big Blocks system.
