When your Perfect Notebook arrives, you build it yourself. The pages are not fixed: the disc binding lets you lift any template off and snap it in wherever you want, so the notebook is physically arranged by you, for the way you work. This is the layout we advise — but it is a suggestion, not a rule. If another order fits you better, choose it. That is exactly what the discs are for.

Do not load every empty template onto the discs. Keep the current cycle in the notebook, and archive the rest in a folder — the unused templates as well as the finished pages you no longer turn to. Your notebook should hold only what serves you now.
All your goals for the cycle — work and life on one page.
This page runs your two weeks. Under every goal sits a row of ten icons that will keep the score as the cycle unfolds (see The Icons Method).
Option — separate dashboards: more room — professional goals on a full page, all your personal goals on the back of the same sheet.
Add fourteen pages — two weeks' worth, one for each day of the cycle.
At the top of each Daily Page sits the row of six Big Block icons (see The Icons Method). Each morning, pull steps from the dashboard into "To-Do Today / Big Blocks" — always top priority. Priority A and Priority B for the rest, Parking Lot for later. And because the pages are modular, a day you didn't plan costs nothing: unused pages simply wait for another cycle. No wasted paper, no wasted space.
A few blank pages for anything — notes, ideas, lists.
The end of the cycle — and the reason the next one is better.
Look honestly at what moved, what was neglected, and why. These answers are what let you set sharper, more realistic goals on your next Big Blocks Dashboard: a plan built on evidence, not optimism. Then archive the finished pages and start the next cycle.
How to use it: the month at a glance, with a Big Block goals column and notes — for deadlines and events that live beyond the current cycle.
Where it goes: at the very front, before the Big Blocks Dashboard.
How to use it: your week hour by hour, with a deadline box for each day. Block time for your Big Block tasks first.
Where it goes: at the start of each week, before that week's daily pages.
How to use it: the same week-at-a-glance hourly layout, but the day ends at 21:30 — a shorter grid that keeps your evenings your own. Same deadline box for each day; block your Big Block time first.
Where it goes: at the start of each week, in place of the full Weekly Spread.
How to use it: a daily page with a full hourly schedule — for days that run by the clock.
Where it goes: in place of the standard daily page, or behind it, on busy days.
Under every goal on your dashboard sits a row of ten small icons — the notebook's built-in progress tracker. Six symbols, one colour, two rules. They deserve their own page.
Daily Task Manager pages, weekly and monthly calendars, Big Blocks goal dashboards, and dotted, ruled, squared, and blank sheets — all B5, all on cream 90gsm paper, all made for the disc system.
Yes — that's the point of disc-binding. Snap any combination of daily, weekly, goal, and note pages onto the discs, and rearrange them whenever your setup changes.
Undated. Start any template on any day, skip weeks without wasting pages, and never re-buy because the year changed.
Yes — every template is available as a refill pack, so you swap in fresh pages instead of replacing the notebook.
Buy it once. Refill it forever.
Every template here snaps onto the same discs — start with the notebook, add refills and templates as your cycles evolve.
